4. Conditions for Returns

4.1 Eligible Products

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The seal on the product must be intact (unopened)
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used (seal broken)
  • Products damaged by improper use or storage
  • Products that have passed their expiration date

For health and safety reasons, once the seal of a dietary supplement has been broken, we cannot accept the return.

5.2 Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the 14-day withdrawal right, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have offered to collect them or have failed to inform you that you must pay the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
